I am Paullete McField—an author, a dream weaver, and a passionate lover of all things Cayman. With 26 years of banking and regulatory compliance experience as a compliance professional, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my craft. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Social Services (Cum Laude), I am deeply committed to personal growth and academic excellence. Additionally, I am honored to serve as a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.

 

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in being a mother and relishing precious moments with my daughter and loved ones. I am also driven by a strong sense of purpose, supporting those in need, advocating for mental health, supporting people with disabilities, empowering women, and lending a helping hand to at-risk youth.

 

Born and raised in the breathtaking Cayman Islands, I have been immersed in the vibrant tapestry of our culture, traditions, and awe-inspiring natural wonders.
